Money-Back Guarantee

If a search reveals savings less than ₹29, we automatically refund your ₹29 to the same payment source — no forms, no email, no questions. The refund is initiated by our system within seconds of the scrape completing, and the refund ID is emailed to you for your records.

Result: every reveal pays for itself, or it's free. Razorpay processes the refund in 3-5 business days back to the original UPI / card / bank.

Quick Summary

Our ₹29 reveal fee is automatically refunded when the savings unlocked do not exceed the fee, OR when our scrape returns zero priced results. In all other cases, the fee is non-refundable as the digital service has been rendered. Read the full policy below.

1. Nature of Our Service

PriceCheck provides a digital price comparison service. When you pay ₹29, you receive:

  • Instant access to price comparison data across 15+ e-commerce platforms
  • The lowest available price at the time of your search
  • Direct links to purchase from the cheapest platform

As this is an instant digital service, the service is considered delivered immediately upon showing you the price comparison results.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • 🛡️ Money-Back Guarantee (AUTOMATIC): Savings revealed are less than ₹29 — system auto-refunds with no user action.
  • Zero Priced Results (AUTOMATIC): No price data could be fetched — system auto-refunds with no user action.
  • Technical Failure: Payment was deducted but no results were shown due to our system error
  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged multiple times for the same search
  • Service Unavailable: Our platform was down and couldn't deliver results within 24 hours

NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Results Delivered: You received price comparison results (service completed)
  • Price Changes: Prices changed after your search (prices are real-time and dynamic)
  • User Error: You searched for the wrong product
  • Dissatisfaction with Prices: You expected lower prices or better deals
  • Third-Party Issues: Problems with purchase from e-commerce platforms
  • Product Unavailable: Product went out of stock on external platforms
  • Change of Mind: You no longer want to purchase the product

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at contact@pricecheck.co.in within 48 hours of payment
  2. Include: Transaction ID, Date/Time of payment, Search query, Screenshot of issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

3.2 Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI account used for payment)
  • We do NOT provide refunds in cash or to different accounts
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-7 business days after our approval)

5. Referral Rewards

  • Free reveals earned through referrals have no cash value and are non-refundable
  • Referral rewards cannot be converted to money
  • Unused referral rewards expire after 6 months
  • If your account is terminated, all pending referral rewards are forfeited

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:

  1. First, reply to our decision email with additional information or evidence
  2. If still unresolved, escalate to our Grievance Officer at contact@pricecheck.co.in
  3. Grievance Officer will respond within 15 days
  4. For further disputes, refer to our Terms of Service for arbitration and legal jurisdiction details

7. Consumer Protection Act Compliance

This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. As per these regulations:

  • You have the right to seek redressal for deficient services
  • Our Grievance Officer is available for complaint resolution
  • You may approach Consumer Forums if disputes remain unresolved

8. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

  • Goodwill Credits: Free reveals for future use (instead of cash refund)
  • Partial Refunds: In cases of partial service delivery
  • Extended Timelines: For users facing genuine difficulties

These exceptions are granted on a case-by-case basis and do not create precedent.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy applicable to your transaction is the one in effect at the time of your payment.
